Skilled BEEF Meat Workers are needed to join our Australian employer clients' workforce in Australia. As proficient meat workers, your duties will include butchering, small-goods manufacturing, slaughtering, boning, and slicing meat products, among other things. The main duty of the butcher is to help the head butcher with all raw meat preparations. This includes, but is not restricted to, ordering, thawing control, portion control, and proper stock rotation, as well as owning and monitoring these tasks.
