The chosen applicant will be a skilled communicator who solves problems with a focus on the needs of the customer. Growing and overseeing our Design Community is the responsibility of the Community Success Manager. By engaging the community through innovative activities and projects, you will build and maintain relationships with its members (primarily designers). The community success manager will spot opportunities to develop and solidify connections and improve user experiences and seize them. As well as advocating for designer needs, you will be in charge of the performance assessment process for the designer and gathering comments and insights.
