As Central Resource Manager, you will ensure that we have the right number and type of resources to meet the needs of our business as it delivers against customer projects and portfolio development. You will be responsible for shaping our long-term resource management strategy. By working with the organisation to assess and forecast their needs and then coordinating with various teams across engineering, business, and technology services, you will ensure we have the right resources in place. This is an important role in the organisation that guarantees that we can meet all of our demands and avoid delays in our delivery.
