With a focus on maintaining excellent, fluid written English communication, this role entails managing community engagement across multiple platforms, such as social media comments, direct messages, emails, and SMS. The ideal applicant will be a proactive person with the ability to handle a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities, such as data entry and reporting, in order to facilitate the smooth provision of services.
