Compared to traditional customer service or sales, this position is different: You won't often speak with an angry consumer because our service is completely free and our clients are in dire need of it. The clients are extremely appreciative of the talks, which are incredibly fulfilling. Over the course of a day, you will need to handle a variety of encounters, negotiate talks on extremely sensitive and depressing issues, and gently but swiftly offer counsel. Note that prior legal education or expertise is not necessary to succeed in this position.
