We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with a customer-first mindset, strong communication and problem-solving abilities. As an adept user of our web and mobile solutions, you will carry out your duties in this capacity to guarantee the smooth operation of our logistics services and the satisfaction of our users. This staff works seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Customer service representatives work four days a week, full time, and may work non-traditional hours on the weekends, holidays, and in the evenings.
