This position is in charge of finding candidates and managing the pipelines for a range of positions within the Customer Support team, from individual contributors to managers to managers of managers. You identify the sites where individuals are submitting their applications for jobs and advertise our job openings there. You also actively seek for prospects who would be a good fit for our positions and ensure that they advance swiftly and easily via our recruitment funnels. Your primary priority should be to find qualified candidates and bring them in front of a hiring manager. Next, focus on making the candidate experience positive.
