Responsibilities:
Chef de Partie: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, manage your section during service, assist with menu planning, and collaborate with the kitchen team.
Junior Sous Chef: Support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise and train junior staff, ensure food quality and consistency, and contribute to menu development.
Pastry Chef: Create and produce an array of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods, oversee pastry section operations, maintain quality control, and assist with menu innovation.
Sous Chef: Collaborate closely with the Head Chef, manage kitchen operations, develop and refine menus, oversee food preparation and plating, and provide guidance to the culinary team.
Head Chef: Design and plan menus, manage the kitchen team and control food service. Accountable for food cost, food safety, and overall profitability and output of the food side of the business operation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a reputable culinary establishment
At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international setting
Expertise in your respective culinary area (Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, or Head Chef)
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and industry trends
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
