In order to expand and scale our partner base, we are looking for a seasoned customer success manager. Customer success managers are in charge of boosting NPS, partner retention, and upsell/cross-sell commercial activities while also ensuring that the partner journey is seamless and rich. Directly answering to the Head of Customer Success is this position.
