You will be in charge of helping our clients and providing top-notch support as a Technical Support Associate. Working closely with clients, you'll use chat, email, and occasionally video calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues In order to succeed in this position, you must be a skilled communicator who can win over our clients' trust. Help desk software should also be familiar to you. Seeking people who are willing to work during EST business hours or who are situated in the Eastern Time Zone.
