Technical Success Product Specialists understand how email fits into our customers business, develop strategies to help customers improve their email production process and help customers figure out how to integrate their systems with Taxi. This role has a dual focus - directly supporting customers as well as our internal teams that need to understand Taxi’s technical features and how Taxi supports customers’ use cases. This blended role is incredibly dynamic and highly rewarding because you have an opportunity to make a direct impact to customers as well as collaborate with internal teams to shape the Taxi product and related services.
