You will be able to assist educators and families on our platform as a Support Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Support. Strong problem-solving talents, great communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of our products and services are requirements for this position. Additionally, in order to promote continuous development and advance the support function, you will collaborate closely with the management team to identify and evaluate possible growth areas within the team's operations. Starting at 8 AM ET, this role is full-time. Working closely with a small, energized, close-knit team with a vision to increase family engagement in support of schools, teachers, and families will be your responsibility.
