We are looking for support personnel who can respond to routine inquiries, carry out operational duties, identify the root of common problems, and triage difficult problems so they are immediately forwarded to the appropriate team. Candidates for this position should love working with clients and be looking to transition into or advance in a technical profession with exposure to a variety of technologies and tools. This is a remote full-time position.
