The needs of our sales teams in terms of training and development fall under the purview of the sales trainer. The effectiveness of training and individual employee improvement are evaluated for trainees in this position. We are looking for someone that is passionate about coaching and instructing others. The Sales Trainer needs to be extremely organized, analytical, and tech-savvy. To ensure our sales agents and leadership have the tools, material, and resources needed to generate incremental sales success, they engage closely with sales leadership, HR, and other stakeholders across the business.
