SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATE, WORK FROM HOME
To help our expanding Sales team, we're looking for a superb Sales Ops Associate. You'll concentrate on communicating with our quickly growing network of international manufactures to make sure they have the information they require in real time to continue selling to customers across the US and Canada, and eventually Europe. Working with handcrafted and small batch companies on five continents on a regular basis, you will manage orders, payments, and funding. You are a flexible problem-solver who pays attention to details. The ideal applicant will love speaking with people and working in a social environment as this position requires frequent communication with our buyers and producers. You will manage all sales orders in our platform and ensure their on time confirmation, shipment and delivery. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate accounts and create solutions for order issues.
