SALES OPERATIONS INTERN | REMOTE

We’re looking for people who are creative, innovative –true problem solvers who challenge themselves to find the most effective and efficient solutions to complex challenges that are facing the Sales Operations team. If you are organized, self-disciplined, data-driven, a problem solver well-spoken, and like to work with other passionate folks at a cybersecurity startup, this role could be a great fit. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team, finance, marketing and operations teams by organizing and analyzing data, integrating and streamlining processes and creating efficiencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Participating in data analysis to generate insights on and improvements to sales efficiencies

  • Organizing and manipulating large data sets

  • Validating and analyze data to support reporting and analytics for sales operations

  • Conducting market analysis and presenting findings to Sales and Marketing leadership

  • Adapting in a rapidly changing environment

  • Use dashboards within data visualization tools to provide actionable data for marketing and sales teams

  • Create and update reports and dashboards that assist the reporting and targeting efforts of the sales team in Salesforce

  • Help improve data integrity by researching and updating company information

  • Assist the team with ad hoc sales operations tasks

  • Provide administrative support and coordination on projects and reporting requests

Who You Are

  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision

  • Organized and have the ability to multi-task

  • An effective communicator.

  • Excellent with interpersonal skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment

  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of CRM systems Salesforce

  • Knowledge of Tableau/ PowerBI

  • Microsoft Office Tools. (Expert Excel user)

  • Knowledge of Hubspot/Outreach or other marketing automation systems

  • Previous experience at SaaS company
