We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will loves talking to customers and supporting them in their entire journey through the sales and delivery pipeline. We need someone who is super excited, motivated and wants to bring the best possible customer experience to the world of E-Bikes.
There are two main areas that you will be responsible / support in:
You will be in direct contact with customers and will be:
Supporting customers through the sales & delivery process
Helping generate leads by answering all customer's questions over email, video ask and many other CTA on the platform
Track conversion rates & support in developing solutions to improve the CX & conversion rates.
Working directly with our CMS (Hubspot)
Working together with marketing and operations to inform them of customer feedback, improvements, etc.
Supporting delivery together with our logistics partners
Supporting the sales & ops managers in the ordering of inventory and tracking
Supporting in product listing management
We do not care about certificates and papers.
You can be a designer, a sales person and engineer or an electrician. All that is important is that you are creative and that you are willing to learn and DO.
We need people that will go out and learn a skill to create something if need be. We need people that can think out of the box on how to find a solution.
Requirements:
Track record of bringing awsome new ideas of how to attract customers
Track record of executing on awesome new ideas to making it a reality
If you have studied digital marketing its a plus - general a bachelor's is helpful but not a MUST (if you can prove your awesomeness somehow else).
Language requirements: Fluent German is required, French is a BIG BIG plus and the company language is English.
