SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

You will be a strategic performance consultant working cross-functionally to improve sales results and productivity through content creation and delivery, training, and coaching services using technology, creativity, and thoughtful, intentional execution. You are our first dedicated Sales Enablement Manager. For our quickly expanding sales organization, you will have the chance to manage and shape fundamental initiatives like sales onboarding as well as create, develop, and implement the most valuable content and ongoing training programs. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Product Marketing, Sales Management, and Sales Ops on mission-critical projects, taking ownership of the conception and execution of your efforts as well as the measurement of their effects on the business. It is Remote-first, fully distributed company with flexible working hours.
