OPERATIONS ASSISTANT, $18 - $21.10/hour, FULLY REMOTE & WORK FROM HOME

The business manager functions must be updated and maintained by the operations assistant. Will continue to provide precise scheduling for a rapidly expanding, state-of-the-art 24/7 crisis intervention and behavioral health information and referral hotline operation, based on forecasting and ever-changing business demands. In order to fully use the workforce in a multi-channel contact center setting, the WFM Specialist will be primarily in charge of using business management technologies.
