To act as a liaison between the Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams and act as the main point of escalation for all technical support requests, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer. You are a self-starter with experience in troubleshooting who will use phone, chat, and email tools to provide our clients with prompt and accurate assistance in addressing their technical issues. Salary: $1000 to $1500 per month.
