Our goal is to grow our customer service team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) area! As the initial point of contact for our clients, this position handles open questions, resolves challenging support issues, and points Circle clients in the direction of the best fixes for their problems. Our small but mighty support team consists of 15 committed representatives worldwide, along with a couple of operations positions. Here at Circle, you will undoubtedly get the opportunity to shine and have an impact. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 40 hours per week of work. Must be available to work during the approximate business hours of Asia-Pacific (APAC).
