We are searching for a customer-focused, professional, extroverted problem solver that is passionate and professional. With a special focus on nurturing client accounts and accounts regarded to be strategic, high growth, or having the potential for quick expansion, you'll be largely responsible for maintaining and driving client interaction. Providing answers to queries, addressing issues, and guaranteeing the greatest level of customer success with the aim of increasing client retention and usage of our platform. This position is 100% remote, and we will consider all qualified candidates regardless of location, given they can be available during our standard business hours (MST time zone).
