As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will use innovative marketing and sales strategies to prospect and interact with potential clients. You will also both personally and professionally oversee the initial engagement. They will be motivated by your discussion of the advantages of skills-based recruiting and pre-screening exams over antiquated CV screening. Growing the opportunity pipeline will be your responsibility. To do this, you must discover high-potential customers, provide quality leads, and prepare a thorough handover for the Account Executive and Product Advisor teams.
