The Customer Success Manager works to provide the best possible experience at every stage of clients' organizations, ensuring the partnership between the company and its facility partners continues to succeed. Assisting facilities with problems, communicating with contacts at the corporate level, and staying up to date on a long list of crucial business metrics specific to each facility are all part of the job description.
