You will be the guests' main point of contact, thus you will be professionally handling their issues. You should be able to advertise the hotel's goods and services as well. You'll also be in charge of making the guest list, keeping an eye on check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations. Your independence and commitment to confidentiality will be resourceful. Visa costs and flights will be covered by the Hotel Group.
