Supporting the Provision Master in preparing preloading reports, loading lists by store, managing receiving in MMS, overseeing loading operations, confirming daily movements in accordance with S.O.P., conducting spot checks of random items during the cruise period, helping the team with the final main store inventory, entering pertinent data in MMS, and producing financial reports are the responsibilities of the F&B Controller.
