You will actively work on improving customer satisfaction as an employee in our Customer Service International for the Netherlands at the first and second levels by directly responding to customer inquiries via a variety of channels (emails, telephone, chat, social media). You will take part in the process of defining procedures and enhancing current practices. You will work on more intricate subjects including customer support and data protection. You can independently organize yourself and share responsibility for back-office duties. You serve as the liaison between our internal departments and divisions and our Dutch clients.
