We are looking for a bevy of quick learners who understand what makes a superior customer experience and want to help us delight our passionate customers. Whether you have done support at a startup before or come from an entirely different background, as a Customer Advocate you will engage with dozens of customers daily, making sure they have what they need to succeed during their tax filing experience. This is a seasonal 40-hour/week contract position with the opportunity to roll over into full-time employment or to return in future seasons for the right candidates.
