A competent Customer Service Representative is needed to expand our team. Your primary duties will be to handle client interactions through several channels, become proficient with our software to offer efficient answers, and improve our HelpScout documentation. A minimum of three years of customer service experience, familiarity with HelpScout or comparable platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Hubspot, and a history in SaaS customer support are required for the perfect candidate.
