An exciting opportunity to partner with the founders of (CEO) & (President) by managing daily administrative and operational tasks and providing strategic support. As the first Executive Operations hire for a small but growing team you will have a significant impact on the success of CoinTracker. Your most pressing task upon joining will be to optimize the founder's schedules: freeing up at least 50% of their time. By listening, observing, and learning as much business context as possible you will anticipate outcomes, and over your first year, strategically leverage the founder's leadership and visioning capabilities as the company triples its headcount.
