For our new patients joining the Optimize Home Monitoring Program, the Enrollment Specialist offers a remarkable onboarding experience. All referrals for new patients are directed to the enrollment specialist initially. All of our new patients are informed about the Optimize program and how it will enhance their overall health and increase their quality of life.
