As a Customer Value Team Intern, you will be part of the Customer Value Team. The customer value team consists of two teams: Customer Support and Customer Success. It is possible to do your internship in both teams, and we are very flexible in setting up an internship assignment. The support team is responsible for reactively picking up questions asked by users of the Datatrics platform. They also ensure that bugs are raised with the development team and provide all documentation on Datatrics. The success team is responsible for proactively interacting with clients, listening to client objectives, and providing advice on how to achieve them with Datatrics. Both teams work a lot with our development, sales, and marketing departments. It is possible to get an internship within one or more Customer Value teams based on your interests. Previous internship assignments have focused on, for example, improving collaboration between teams, implementing new software or dashboards.

What we look for

  • You are studying in the field of Business IT

  • Fluent in Dutch & English, both written and verbal

  • Independent worker as well as a team player

  • The no-nonsense and proactive mentality

  • Good communication skills with customers and colleagues

  • You have experience with managing different projects and cope well with stress

  • Pre: You have experience with the following programming languages: HTML, CSS, and preferably also JavaScript
