Working closely with our customers, you will identify, look into, escalate, and counsel them on their questions and concerns as a Customer Support Specialist. Your daily interactions with our clients have a direct impact on how well they are able to manage their teams. By doing this, you play a major role in expanding the business. Alongside our global support team, you'll collaborate closely to quickly identify, address, escalate, and counsel customers on their questions and concerns. This role's hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
