This role is 100% remote with 6-7 hours shifts range per day and the ability to work between 120-150 hours per month depending on the needs of the team. The working hours will be 10 am - 5 pm GMT-3 schedule weekdays. We’re looking for someone with experience in customer support and an excellent track record for creating a positive customer experience to help our growing Customer Support team! Reporting to the Customer Support Lead L1, you'll take care of 35-45 customers per day to ensure they get the reactive support they need to be successful using our product. You will assist customers in real time in Zendesk chat, email, Zoom and Slack community, making decisions as to when a concern may need further escalation and answering customer questions.
