To avoid or reduce any impact on consumers following system failures or events by ensuring the appropriate business systems are operational and guaranteeing an efficient service to our customers and clients. You will manage warehouse activities and incidents across a variety of disciplines, including engineering operations, technical support services, and business operations, in order to do this. This will entail locating, bringing to the attention of, and controlling system failures in pertinent systems, prioritizing bot recoveries, and setting up recovery windows. As a member of the support services team, you will look into unsuccessful tasks, unavailable goods, and consumer totes while fixing technological issues. This position will require flexibility because we operate around the clock and have a shift schedule that calls for working days, nights, and weekends.
