Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our Support Agents who deal with our existing and potential users. The QA will monitor chat interactions to assess the support agents’ behavior, proactivity, accuracy, performance, and conformity to Deel’s policies and procedures.
