To assist us in giving our clients a top-notch service experience, we are hiring a customer support engineer. Join a group that has been operating virtually for more than 7 years. As a customer support engineer, your duties will include responding to more technical client questions as well as addressing general support emails received during US business hours. (Examples include providing thorough responses to inquiries about our API and helping with lead data cleansing and migrations). George Lucas, the manager of customer support, will be your direct report.
