We are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator, who will help ensure our customers receive service above their expectations. In this role, you will function as a subject matter expert for our systems, goods, and infrastructure to provide prompt and efficient customer service. You gather customer input on flaws and enhancements, and you systematically deliver this feedback to our product- and development teams. You are constantly aligned with Sales and Project Management to keep track of all client interaction times and follow up as necessary. You know when to allocate a ticket to second-line support. Additionally, you will actively participate in the ongoing optimization of our operational procedures. You'll join a group that collaborates closely and values knowledge exchange.
