CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT, WORK FROM ANYWHERE

We are looking for new team players as a valued addition to our Customer Care department. We are doing everything possible to make our clients' journey pleasant and effective and really hope you are sharing our vision. Support Agents are responsible for working directly with our customers to help them set up and use our product, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to engineers, and act as the bridge between our customers and our Product, Sales, Customer Care, and Tech teams.
