We are searching for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will be in charge of account growth, customer retention, and onboarding. This role, which reports to the CEO, calls for a seasoned salesperson with a consultative and relational sales strategy and a track record of successfully onboarding and developing clientele. Building enduring client relationships that increase retention requires passion. In this position, you will ultimately be accountable for your success within your portfolio, as well as for ensuring incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue, helping with the acquisition of new logos, and encouraging customer success while giving our customers the best service experience possible.
