A Customer Success Manager's goal is to meet the demands of our customers by providing support with empathy, passion, and open communication. They also work closely with the product team to report feedback and escalate problems (such as feature requests, bugs, etc.) as necessary. In this position, you're expected to keep a 100% customer satisfaction rating by providing fantastic support to our outstanding users. This is a fully remote startup company.
