For our Midwest shippers, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be in charge of our new customer onboarding, account retention, and account growth. This role, which will initially report to the CEO, calls for a seasoned customer-centric professional with a consultative and relational sales strategy. You must have a strong commitment to creating enduring client relationships that help each account grow and be retained. In this position, you will ultimately be accountable for the performance of your portfolio, ensuring an incremental increase in monthly recurring revenue, helping with the onboarding of a new logo, and promoting customer success while giving our clients the greatest service experience possible.
