As a Customer Success Manager, you will be accountable for supervising our mid-market group of enterprise customers in your region and working to win the trust and long-term partnership of Time Doctor clients as you continue to highlight the benefits and ROI of the product. By using automation and prioritizing, you'll try to offer reassuring coverage to a large book of firms. As you assist your clients with initial setup, feature onboarding, continuing feature upgrades, and health check-ins, you'll need to be able to work well under pressure. The Customer Success Manager's main objectives are to increase the adoption, growth, and retention of our mid-market clients so that they can eventually become Tier 1 accounts. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere.
