As one of our Customer Success Managers, you will be responsible for a set of international clients, who you will guide through our full customer experience. This means that you will be responsible for these clients from just before contract signing, onboarding and for their extensive growth. You will be the main point of contact for our internal organization and your clients. You will therefore organize and plan onboardings and platform deliveries, give trainings, facilitate a smooth handover to the support team and you are commercially responsible for upsells and expansion of your customer portfolio.
