To help inform, develop, and delight our customers, we are searching for a technically proficient Customer Success Manager. You will be in charge of a wide range of tasks as an original member of the Customer Success team, with the goal of creating the function from the ground up and seeing it through to maturity. The ideal candidates will be analytical, social, have a knack for picking up new software, and have excellent communication skills. In order to ensure that the business actually helps our clients' teams perform better, the ideal customer success manager would devise and implement strategies to build a highly engaged customer base and interact with our clients.
