To join our productive, fully remote team, we are seeking a seasoned, adaptable Customer Success Manager with B2B SaaS experience. The main responsibilities of this role are to onboard new clients, create enduring relationships with existing clients, and gradually grow accounts. One of the most important factors in this role is having the self-control to work on your own, being driven to help others, and having a curiosity or enthusiasm for research. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a challenging problem, significantly influence the technology and culture of a startup, and influence the way teams develop products in the future through research. Anyone who can work in the time zones of North America's west coast (such as Pacific time) is eligible.
