A vital part of onboarding and keeping our Enterprise accounts is played by the CSM team, a collection of vivacious and client-focused specialists. As we work to solidify our position as an industry leader in video communication and develop long-term relationships with our clients, we are looking to grow our team and add a seasoned customer success specialist who will be responsible for onboarding, retaining, and enhancing our customer base. In order to promote adoption, user engagement, and account growth, we collaborate with the Account Management team. To maximize value and success with current customers, you will report to our Head of Customer Success and work closely with all of our departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Product, and Finance).
