CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER, $154,720 ANNUALLY, FULLY REMOTE & WORK FROM HOME

You will have a ton of responsibility and growth potential as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) (note: we refer to this role as an Enterprise Technical Advisor) in helping us shape and create a growing team. You will be in charge of overseeing the interactions with about 15 Enterprise customers in your capacity as an Enterprise CSM. You'll guarantee that their developers adore us and that they continue to be loyal clients. You'll aid in technical problem-solving for our clients as well. The adoption, usage/consumption, NPS, and renewal rate are the main metrics you'll be driving. You will have the flexibility to work and live anywhere in the world
