CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER, FULLY REMOTE & WORK FROM HOME

You will be responsible for responding to and handling sophisticated support inquiries concerning our service from top-tier clients in your capacity as a customer success engineer. You will be in charge of making sure that our top-tier customers receive resolutions as soon as possible and, in cases where that isn't possible, turning their problems into things that our developer team can do something about.
