To join the Customer Success Engineering team as a member, we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer (CSE). In this position, you'll be in charge of giving our customers the best technical support possible so they can concentrate on what they do best. Through Slack, tickets, and the phone, you'll communicate directly with customers and systems integrators to troubleshoot and address their most difficult technical issues.
